About the role

Our salon in Brookfield (across from Walmart, next to Jimmy John's) is looking for a talented Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, elevating talent, and creating a winning team! The Manager reports to the Team Leader/Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business/store. The Manager's objective is to develop successful Team Members who will in turn develop a profitable, growing business. The Manager is responsible for providing direction and control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties.

Pay

Our Store Managers average $52,000.00 – $85,000.00 and our rockstar managers earn even more! You're a pro! Time to get paid like one!

Requirements

• A valid WI cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Manager experience in a salon preferred however not required
• Industry passion
