Sport Clips is looking for a professional and motivated leader for our Vancouver, Orchards Sport Clips location. Leaders who qualify must be passionate about cutting hair, customer service, holding their team to the highest integrity and business minded. We provide extensive training in business and leadership to help you become the best leader you can be.
Requirements
- A valid state hair design, cosmetology or barber license for the state required (Washington)
- Flexible schedule availability and ability to work 37–40 hours a week
- Cutting experience in a salon preferred
- Ability to provide an exceptional client experience
- Reliable and goal driven
- Industry passion
Pay
- Hourly base pay plus tips and incentives
- Cash tips taken home daily
- Tip deduction up to $25,000 (per industry-wide effort; IRS implementation guidance pending; tip income must still be reported)
