About the role
Our salon in Brookfield is looking for a talented Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, elevating talent, and creating a winning team! The Manager reports to the Team Leader/ Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business/ store. The Managers’ objective is to develop successful Team Members who will in turn develop a profitable, growing business.
Responsibilities
The Manager is responsible for providing direction and control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties.
Requirements
- A valid WI cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Manager experience in a salon preferred however not required
- Industry passion

Pay
Our Store Managers average $52,000.00 – $85,000.00 and our rockstar managers earn even more!
