Licensed Salon Manager
About the role
Our Sport Clips store in Apple Valley is opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.
Responsibilities
- Motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results
- Providing a championship haircut experience for clients
- Leading stylists to reach their highest potential
Requirements
- A valid MN cosmetology or barber license
- Salon management, 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Pay
Managers start with a base of $17/hour but average $32 and up per hour including tips and commission. The salon manager is also eligible for generous bonuses, profit sharing, etc. based on store performance. Base pay of $20/hour with tips bringing total compensation to $30–40/hour.
