Compensation

• Top stylists working 30+ hours with strong guest loyalty earn an average of $45–$88+/hr (plus tips); $100K+ per year is within reach.
• Up to 75% commission — more guests, more earnings.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility (peak earning potential)
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Existing client book a plus — we’ll help grow it and your commission from day one
