Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, fades, color services, and client consultations.
• Step behind the chair and start earning with walk‑in guests.
• Leverage marketing support to drive guest traffic through social, local, and in‑salon promotions.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state‑specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.

Skills

• Proficiency in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Ability to build and grow a client book (bonus points if you already have a book).
