Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, fades, color services, and client consultations
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through walk-in and marketed guest traffic
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to maximize earning potential

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Existing client book a plus (we'll help you grow it and your commission from day one)

Pay

• Performance-based compensation: service and retail commissions plus tips
• Up to 75% commission
