Licensed Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

About the role

We’re hiring entry-level Licensed Sales Representatives to join our team. In this phone-based role, you’ll speak with existing clients only, NO cold calling or building a book of business. Most leads come from our customer service team or website referrals.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with 3–4 clients per hour, listening and aligning their needs with available products.
• Build and maintain relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Complete 10–12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided.
• Pass the Life and Health Insurance exam within 45 days (2 attempts), with paid, on the job study time.

Schedule

• Training: Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:45pm
• Post-training: Monday–Friday 9:15am–6:00pm

Compensation and Benefits

• $50,000 starting salary + performance-based incentives
• $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days + $500 bonus for passing the licensing exam within 45 days and 2 attempts
• Paid exam study time during work hours
• Exam costs and all training materials covered by Western & Southern

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must work onsite in professional dress attire setting
• Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service
• Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired and 2 attempts

$50,000/year (Salary + Incentives + Sign on-Bonuses)
