Licensed Real Estate Transaction & Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Cook up coordination with title companies, lenders, clients, and vendors
  • Schedule inspections, repairs, and key transaction deadlines
  • Track timelines and proactively communicate updates to all parties
  • Support agents with transaction-related questions and processes
  • Aid with compliance and file management systems
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction records
  • Be available in the office 2–3 days per week to support agents and staff
  • Aid with general office operations and administrative support
  • Qualifications

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Active Texas Real Estate License (or previous experience as a licensed agent strongly preferred)
    • 2+ years of real estate transaction experience (agent, coordinator, or admin)
    • Strong understanding of contracts and the closing process
    • Honed organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
    • Proficiency in real estate systems (MLS, transaction management platforms, CRM tools)
    • Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude
