Licensed Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting from the office — calls, texts, database follow-up, and sphere engagement — to create new opportunities and keep momentum strong.
- Meet with buyers for consultations, understand their goals, and match them with homes that fit their needs and budget.
- Host open houses and community events to build relationships and introduce prospective buyers to the local market.
- Prepare and present buyer agency agreements, purchase offers, addenda, and related documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Negotiate confidently on behalf of clients and serve as the steady point of communication between buyer, seller, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth path to closing.
- Maintain organized follow-up systems, nurture leads, and move prospects through the pipeline with strong communication and service.
