• Utilize PLACE Technology to efficiently track tasks and appointments
• Showcase expertise by hosting two open houses monthly
• Actively convert lead generation efforts into qualified appointments

• Build strong relationships through participation in team activities
• Embrace ongoing professional development through weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, team training programs, and industry partner calls
• Convert seller consultations into signed listing agreements
