Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
• Attend property showings, open houses, and networking events to promote listings and expand the client base.
