About the role

Higher Ground is a private‑pay psychotherapy and ketamine studio with locations in Woodbury and Westport, CT. As an out‑of‑network group practice, the clinical work focuses on complex trauma, couples and family systems, addiction, and a ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy program that includes infusions, IM, and lozenge work. Clients are high‑functioning individuals whose concerns have not responded to surface‑level treatment. The practice emphasizes a selective, sustainable caseload built over time, aiming for a long‑term investment in the right clinician with the goal of building toward a full‑time position.

Requirements

• Independent clinical licensure in Connecticut (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD/PhD)
• Willingness to work across the Woodbury and Westport locations

Qualifications

• Attachment‑based training and genuine comfort doing depth work
• Interest or experience in couples, family, or group work, or in facilitating clinical workshops
• Alignment with a self‑pay, out‑of‑network practice model
