Licensed Psychologist (Fully Virtual)

About the role
Individual and family therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults, delivered from an evidence-based orientation (CBT, third-wave approaches such as ACT and DBT, and other EBPs). We practice measurement-based care — outcome screeners across the caseload, reviewed and acted on. For psychologists interested in assessment, our new virtual ADHD evaluation service line offers testing work alongside therapy. Ongoing EBP consultation and training are available if you want to deepen a specialty.
Practice model
This is a part-time contract role designed around clinical autonomy. You set your own schedule — which hours, how many patients per week or month — with no minimum caseload. Compensation is a clinician-favored fee split: 65/35 to start, rising to 70/30 at higher caseloads, with no cap. The practice covers your malpractice insurance and handles all administrative infrastructure: insurance credentialing, pre-authorizations, billing, scheduling, and EHR onboarding of every new patient. Your caseload fills from an established referral stream of self-pay and commercial insurance families — no marketing required on your part.
Requirements
- Licensed as a psychologist in Texas (required)
- Experience with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with mental and behavioral health concerns
- Training in CBT, third-wave therapies, or other evidence-based practices
- Able to provide documentation necessary for insurance credentialing panels
- Strong rapport-building and documentation practices
