Schedule

Full Time
Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 9 PM CST

Responsibilities

  • Conducts individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
  • For each patient on caseload, complete clinical paperwork and administrative tasks including:
    • Treatment plans
    • Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes
    • Aftercare plan
    • Discharge summary
    • Regular communication with patient's outpatient community provider(s)
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on caseload:
    • Completes psychosocial, self-harm, pain, and suicide assessments
    • Creates individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members
    • Creates therapeutic treatment agreements or behavioral support plans as needed
    • Holds therapeutic team meeting with patient to address any concerns, if needed
  • Attends treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
  • May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates.

Requirements

  • Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from an APA Accredited program.
  • Currently a licensed Psychologist residing in a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) State.
  • Holds Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) credential.
  • Passed Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience conducting psychotherapy.
  • Ability to move from one group assignment, line of service, and/or ages served to the next with ease—flexibility.
  • Collaborative nature, strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Engaging and skilled in navigating video interactions.
  • Familiarity with or ability to easily and quickly learn required technology including a video meeting platform, EMHR, and other computer programs.

Pay

This range is dependent upon candidate's state of residence, experience, and market expectations.
Virtual Pay Range $90,000 - $130,000 USD
