Licensed Psychologist
About the role
Psychotherapists at Lorenz function in applied roles, delivering assessment and intervention to clients of all types. Clinicians are free to function within their own areas of competence, specialty, or expertise.
The primary in-person worksite will be one of these suburban locations, with hybrid flexibility depending on program needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological services including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic.
- Attend and participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required.
Requirements
- Evidence a track record of service as an interventionist with a high degree of professional activity within the field.
- A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program.
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license-eligible).
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred).
- Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred).
- Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred.

Pay
The compensation hiring range for this role is $116,000 - $160,000 per year, which is dependent on candidates' qualifications, program fit, chosen caseload, activities, and competencies.
