Licensed Program Director

We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. In this key role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. About the role

Our New Journeys program staff work directly with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with vital community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving. Work will include seeing clients in the field or office. Location is in the Tacoma, WA area. This is a hybrid role with both at-home and in-office work.

Requirements

• Can be licensed in WA State as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC)
• Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks

Pay

$82,000–$96,000/year
