Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health evaluations and ongoing behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on stabilization and progress
• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapeutic support
• Facilitate group sessions centered on coping skills, recovery, trauma, and emotional wellness
• Collaborate closely with medical staff, correctional personnel, and community resources
• Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care referrals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment through professional communication and intervention

Qualifications

• LPC or Master's-Level Social Worker
