Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• LPC or LPCC credentials required.
• 2+ years experience in clinical counseling setting.
• Strong knowledge of counseling techniques and mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical behavior.
• Previous experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients.
