Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

About the role

The role involves providing therapy services to clients in a variety of settings including in-person and telehealth. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and implementation
• Individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Adherence to ethical and legal standards

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
• Experience in child, adolescent, or adult populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience

Pay

$82,000 - $109,000 annually + sign-on bonus (full-time)

Schedule

Flexible work schedules available, including full-time and part-time options (20 hours per week minimum).
