About the Role
Our Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We offer flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time (20+ hours per week) options where you can set your own schedule. The role includes hybrid models (on-site and telehealth), 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Work in an outpatient care setting, both in-person and via telehealth.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Pay
$82,000 - $109,000 annually + sign-on bonus (full-time). Compensation model based on productivity.
