Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented therapists in the area. We are seeking therapists who are fully licensed in Wisconsin and have experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients in an outpatient care setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct intake assessments, therapy sessions, and progress evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Current license to practice in Wisconsin.
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital health technologies and telehealth platforms.

Pay
$82,000 - $109,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
