Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin
- LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
- Experience with Child, Adolescent, or Adult populations
Qualifications
- $82,000 - $109,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time)
- Compensation model based on productivity
