Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within a collaborative care environment. The counselor will support patients through counseling, evaluations, and treatment planning while working closely with other behavioral health professionals.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual counseling and behavioral health support - Conduct mental health evaluations and risk assessments - Develop and implement treatment plans - Maintain clinical documentation in EHR systems - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes - Provide health education and behavioral health support services - Assist with community-based mental health initiatives

Qualifications

- Active LPC or LCPC license in Maryland - Experience in mental health counseling or behavioral health services - Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches - Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

- Current unrestricted Maryland license - Availability to work 25+ hours weekly - Experience with EHR systems - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

- Community-based behavioral health programs - Integrated care environments - Outreach or public health initiatives

Pay & Benefits

$40-$45 Pay Hourly Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
