Responsibilities

Therapists at LifeStance Health are responsible for:

• Providing therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans
• Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
• Participating in regular supervision and consultation sessions
• Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be fully licensed in Michigan
• Have experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care

Skills

Desired skills include:

• Experience with telehealth technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
