Responsibilities

Therapists at LifeStance Health are responsible for:

• Providing evidence-based treatment to patients
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Assessing and treating a variety of mental health conditions
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be fully licensed in Michigan
• Have experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

Desired skills include:

• Experience with telehealth technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation is based on productivity and ranges from $90,000 to $114,000 annually.
