Pay
- Guaranteed base salary of $50,000‑$60,000 for full‑time employees
- Flat‑rate compensation ranging from $45‑$59/hour for provisionally licensed clinicians
- Flat‑rate compensation ranging from $60‑$75/hour for fully licensed clinicians
