Licensed Professional Counselor

Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population in skilled nursing, sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living facilities across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of practice.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with technology and EHR systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person care within facilities, including mobility around the site.
