Who We’re Looking For

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Associate-level clinician in the state of Texas, in good standing.
• Strong skills in therapeutic assessment, treatment planning, and use of evidence-based counseling modalities.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, case management, and use of electronic health records or practice management systems.
• Warm, empathetic communicator.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, adherence to ethical standards, and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
• Trauma-informed experience is a plus.
• EMDR and/or ART training strongly preferred.
