Therapists enjoy a caseload that supports work/life balance (full‑time minimum 30 client visits per week), access to continuing‑education materials, and clear growth paths from intern to clinic director. The Manassas clinic is growing quickly and emphasizes a collaborative, inclusive culture where happy therapists provide better client care.
