Acts as the primary clinical operator within a residential care setting, supporting high-quality, resident-centered care under RN/Nurse Manager oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations
• Execute and update resident care plans
• Oversee medication administration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide guidance to staff
• Coordinate medical appointments and referrals
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation
• Support staff training and competency tracking
• Serve as a key communicator among residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Respond effectively to clinical emergencies

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• At least four years of experience as an LPN
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Strong knowledge of gerontology, clinical documentation, and compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
