- Salary Range: $40 – $45 per hour
- Sign‑On Bonus: $7,200 (full‑time employment only)
- Referral Bonus: $1,000
Schedule
- Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM

Responsibilities
- Put resident service first and ensure residents and families receive the highest quality care
- Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, including admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
- Conduct daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status
- Administer medications
- Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information
- Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN licensure in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn
- Nice to have: experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nice to have: nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Nice to have: behavioral care / memory care experience
- Nice to have: experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
