Licensed Practical Nurse - Urgent Care

About the Role

This position focuses on providing patient-centered care by developing strong relationships, understanding patient needs, and ensuring safety and quality in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and infection control policies.
• Support physicians and administer treatments and medications.
• Monitor patient conditions and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients on preventive health measures.
• Perform routine nursing procedures.
• Assist in training new staff and managing supplies.
• Support team coordination and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Licensure as an LPN in Colorado.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Colorado Practical Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire; BLS and IV therapy certification preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills; experience with adults, pediatrics, or trauma is preferred.
