Pay Grade: MED03
Salary Range: $59,985 - $88,778
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of licensed practical nurses.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings.
- Experience in managing and supervising a team of LPNs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN licensure in Arkansas.
- Minimum of three years of practical nursing experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
