Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Provide person-centered, direct bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions to ensure optimal care.Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and support care plans.Support rehabilitation and long-term care initiatives.Educate residents and families about health, treatments, and safety procedures.Promote safety and infection control practices within the facility.
