Essential Duties
- Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
- Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
- Maintains the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
- Maintains the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
Schedule
Monday-Friday (6:15a - 2:45p) with two rotating Saturdays out of four (7:15a - 10:00a)

Required Experience
- One year experience in Behavioral Health Care or hospital setting.
- Good communication skills.
- General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge.
- Knowledge of substance abuse pathology.
- Knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations.
Required Education and/or Experience
- L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required.
