Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Aiding with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

Requirements

Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice. 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred). Active CPR certification.

Qualifications

Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings. A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
