Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse - Private Duty

Full-time position in Greeneville, TN: 4:30PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday with every weekend off. One-on-one patient care with benefits starting after just 30 days and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases—often after hospital discharge—under the supervision of an RN
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs, and aides to deliver quality patient care
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress, and report changes to RN supervisor
• Assist RN in carrying out the patient’s plan of care and teaching patient self-care techniques
• Educate family on the patient’s plan of care, medication, and home safety
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and plan for discharge

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active RN or LPN license in TN
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
• Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills, and compassion

Schedule

4:30PM-11:00PM, Monday-Friday with every weekend off.
