Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in patients' homes, supporting both pediatric and adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer services according to prescribed orders
• Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients
• Collect and interpret health data to identify nursing diagnoses

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
• Preferably, one year of professional nursing experience
