We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. The role involves coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assessing patient needs
• Collaborating with healthcare team members for optimal care delivery
• Maintaining documentation and patient confidentiality
• Ensuring compliance with safety and care standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license or compact licensure in the relevant state
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, reach, and kneel
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or others may be required based on the unit
