About the role
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. Our center is seeking team-oriented PRN LPNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Evaluates patients routinely and with changes of condition
- Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy
- Educates patients as necessary
- Safeguards the patient care plan is implemented
- Supervises and coordinates Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
