Vandalia Healthcare & Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Maintain vigilance over patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Work closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members to deliver personalized care
Availability for day-shift coverage (6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.) with Thursday availability preferred; weekend shifts may also be available
Qualifications
Valid LPN or RN license
Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members
