Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care

About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient-centered care, building strong relationships and responding promptly to patient needs. They support physicians, perform routine and specialized nursing procedures, and ensure safety and infection control standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and emergency policies
• Assist with patient examinations and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions
• Teach preventive health measures
• Document patient information accurately
• Support team training and inventory management
• Demonstrate service excellence and cultural sensitivity

Requirements

• Licensed as an LPN in Colorado
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Clinical experience
• BLS certification required
• IV therapy certification preferred
• Experience with diverse patient populations preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Adherence to safety protocols
