About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a pediatric family health setting. The role involves administering treatments, assisting with procedures, and following established care plans to ensure safe and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate vital signs and collect patient data.
• Recognize high-risk situations and consult with supervisors as needed.
• Follow protocols and infection control policies.
• Administer medications safely and transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Reinforce patient and family education.

Requirements

• Current New York State practical nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
