Licensed Practical Nurse - Pediatric Home Intensive Care
BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities for LPNs on our HICU® Health Services team to help infants and young children transition from the hospital to home in the Greater Richmond, VA area. As a HICU® nurse, you will deliver quality skilled nursing care to clients at home as part of a hospital care team, providing training to families and ongoing care teams during the initial weeks of homecare.
Responsibilities
- Act as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home.
- Provide one-on-one care to patients while training families and ongoing care teams.
- Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
Requirements
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- At least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN.
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (in home or lab).

Pay
- Days: $40-$42 per hour.
- Nights: $42-$44 per hour.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus.
