Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Care
About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team in Columbia. Our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
During your paid orientation, you’ll receive virtual and hands-on training, and meet our Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff on your first day. Our office hosts Nurse Appreciation events year-round.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Pay
$26–$28 per hour
