Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time, Rotating

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under supervision or the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care in the Obstetrics department. This is a part-time position with varied and rotating shifts, focused on compassionate patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and standards.
• Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state; ongoing licensure maintenance essential.
• Experience as a new or seasoned LPN is acceptable.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or acquired within designated timeframes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting movements.
