About the role
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LPN‑Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in a rehabilitation setting under the supervision or direction of a licensed professional.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments.
- Maintain patient rights.
- Ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure.
- BLS certification (or successful completion within 30 days).
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Additional unit‑specific certifications may be required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Perform movements such as bending and reaching.
