Licensed Practical Nurse - Part-Time Days

About the role

This position is scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including conducting safety screenings, obtaining and reviewing patient histories as needed, and establishing IV access. - Provide compassionate and enthusiastic patient care.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year as a LPN in a clinical setting. - Graduate of an approved LPN program. - State licensure and BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

- Strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Abilities

- Ability to work independently and multitask under the direction of a RN or licensed independent practitioner. - Ability to manage medical emergencies and/or contrast reactions under the direction of a licensed independent practitioner. - Ability to provide accurate and concise documentation. - Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
