Responsibilities
- Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care
- Verifying proper distribution and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
- Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, coordinating with ancillary health care services
- Assisting with move-in and move-out processes, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
- Providing direct care during health emergencies or on-call rotation
- Relaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Bonus Opportunities
- Perfect attendance bonus: $75 for full-time (up to $1,950 annually) and $35 for part-time (up to $910 annually)
- Shift differential: $1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignment

Requirements
- Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as required by the state
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, preferred
